In this episode, I’m joined by RJ Hammond as he shares his experience with lucid dreams, astral travel, and how he used lucid dreams to heal his own pain in a natural way. We dive into using lucid dreams to create an incredible experience in the dream state and how to set yourself up for a successful night of sleep and dreams.

Lucid dreaming is placing your five senses outside of your physical body or outside of the physical experience. You can have dual consciousness and be sleeping, but be completely aware in another environment.

Guest Bio:

RJ started lucid dreaming as a child and has continued ever since. RJ has over 10 years of experience practicing and teaching these techniques. With learning techniques from different teachers, as well as years of research, reading, and practice, he is able to apply the knowledge he has learned to have successful lucid dreams and out of body experiences.

He is the founder of the Lucid Center. The Lucid Center combines different techniques from all around the world. Using Tibetan dream yoga techniques combined with more modern Western traditions makes for quick and easy success when followed. The Eastern traditions focus more on spirituality with this subject and the West focuses more on the scientific aspect and how it can be used and proven in a lab. This allows for the quickest outcome for your desired experience.

RJ's biggest hurdle was running into constant personal beliefs from either the teacher or the book he was reading. He would find techniques and then it would be hard for him to understand them because of the religious spin a teacher would put on it. Often, he would understand the technique and the instructor would lose him when he began pushing his own beliefs onto the techniques. RJ wanted to create a location for people to go to that was free of as much bias as possible. The Lucid Center stays away from any type of personal opinion about the experience, sticking to techniques and techniques only. No fluff or fancy words about spirituality, only step-by-step instructions on how you can achieve the things you have only read about.
