Episode 013: Ashley Bowman

Ashley Bowman is an attorney at Bird Morella, PC, where she specializes in white collar defense and business litigation. She has competed as a power lifting, physique competitor, and currently deadlifts over 400 lbs. Ashley is one of the strongest people I've ever met especially when you consider strength relative to bodyweight. 

In this episode we cover everything from distorted eating to the landscape of political and social silos that currently exist in the world and our politics here in the United States.
