Arturo Paturzo embarked on his land business journey in May 2021 after stumbling upon a YouTube video featuring Seth Williams. Hailing from Italy and serving as an officer in the Navy, Arturo was stationed in Turkey at that time. Recognizing the promising opportunities presented by the US real estate market, he swiftly realized that investing in Land was a perfect match for his aspirations. The appeal of avoiding concerns like hurricanes, minimal access fees, and the absence of "termites, toilets, and tenants" resonated with him.

Enrolling in Seth's masterclass, Arturo wasted no time. Even before completing the course, he had already made a significant move by acquiring a bundle of 15 infill lots in Arizona from a single owner. He held the belief that he would discover effective strategies for selling these properties, and indeed, his confidence was well-placed as he successfully navigated the sales process.

Over time, his business experienced gradual yet consistent growth, paralleling his deepening understanding of all aspects related to the land industry. By day, Arturo continued to fulfill his duties as a Navy Officer, but his nights were dedicated to his role as a land investor. The late afternoons and early evenings during weekdays, along with the majority of weekends, were devoted to his land endeavors.
