Talking about some skipping habits for beginners, Chetan shares that you need to figure out how many skips you can do in one go and repeat 10 sets of it. Second, he shares that you can try to play some music and try to match the beat of it with your skips. You'll eventually find your rhythm and start enjoying it. Apart from this, two more important things are running shoes and beaded ropes.
