Womb Energy and the Intuition of Birth ~ w/ Bec Wallis

This is one of those episodes that I will forever hold close to my heart. When I connected with Bec for this conversation, I left feeling inspired, grounded and extremely open from my heart center... & I'm sure you'll feel the same after listening to this conversation!

Bec Wallis is a birthkeeper, doula, birth activist and womb healer. She's incredibly passionate about empowering birthing people to lean into their intuition during one of the most transformative phases and moments of their life. 

In this episode, Bec shares beautiful personal stories and raw insights into how she became a birthkeeper, learned about her own trauma stored in her body and ways she leaned into the bodily call to connect to her womb.  We also dive deep into what frustrates her about the modern day medical field when it comes to birthing, where spirituality comes in and how to harness the beautiful cyclical ways of our being.
