Raised and educated in the US, Dr. Afridi moved to Dubai in 2008, bringing with her a wealth of experience in a broad spectrum of mental health issues. Over the past decade, she has become a pivotal figure in corporate wellness, offering expertise in stress management, coaching, and Transformational Counseling. Dr. Afridi’s work is characterized by her dedication to empowering individuals and teams to face their challenges and foster a path to happiness courageously.
