The Russians believed that UFOs were real and were both extraterrestrial in origin and also a product of Soviet research and experimentation. The Russians were working on a number of flying saucer programs including the infamous disk from the movie “Stargate”. The Russian flying saucer program was a highly classified program, even more so than the American program and very little is known about it. The documents below were obtained by researcher Pavel Popov and translated into English. They are not intended to be definitive and are provided for information purposes.
