In this episode, I am joined by Bee and Vicky of BeeVee Property. Bee is from France, a former geologist, and has now completed her Master Degree in Viticulture and Oenology with aspirations to become a winemaker; and Vicky is from Birmingham (UK) with a background in Earth Science & I.T, who is working in the Corporate world of Oil and Gas. They are partners in life and business.

And it’s an interesting discussion because BeeVee and I talked about how they started and how they’re managing their HMO property business. We talked about raising private finance, joint venture partnerships, managing refurbishments, tenant management, and all the challenges that they had to overcome over the years. Plus, we’re going to discuss the details of a 6-bed professional HMO in Birmingham.
