Lavinia Errico is the original queen of wellness. Back in the 90s, she set up Equinox alongside her brothers. They were the pioneers of gyms that were built for young city-dwellers. Their business was at the heart of the rise of the wellness boom and Lavinia’s story is incredible. But what I really didn’t expect is how incredible her thoughts were on the importance of reinvention and transformation after something like Equinox.
