How To Carnivore

The Plant Free MD Series | Episode 11 | Living To 120 Years Old And Beyond

In this episode we discuss Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia. Dr. Chaffee argues we don’t need to experience these issues as we age and that proper nutrition can both prevent and cure the deterioration of our brains.

To optimise our nutrition we need to avoid certain foods like sugar, toxins from plants and plant oils.

And we need to focus on eating saturated fat from animal sources like fatty meat, butter and milk. Your brain is 70% fat and consuming fat is absolutely vital for your brain health.

If you’re interested in longevity you’ll be taking note of everything Dr. Chaffee says. He plans to live for 140 years and believes 120 is our genetic baseline for longevity.

About Dr. Chaffee:Dr. Anthony Chaffee is a surgeon, nutritional researcher and former professional rugby player. He’s been a strict carnivore (meat, salt & water only) for three years and has eaten a meat-based diet for 25 years. He’s on a mission to help people overcome diabetes, dementia, Crohn’s disease, mental health issues and more with a carnivore diet.
