In this week’s episode I’m talking to the absolutely fabulous, Samantha Brooke.

Sam is a certified Holistic Coach as well as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher. She is dedicated to guiding women towards mind-body-soul alignment and nervous system regulation. Sam brings a truly unique and all encompassing approach to coaching that incorporates science, soul, somatics and psychology to empower her clients to unlock their best selves while creating lasting change.

Through a unique blend of holistic practices and nervous system expertise, she guides clients to break free from mental and emotional constraints and come home to themselves and their bodies. Sam's intuitive and connected coaching style is a catalyst for profound personal growth, allowing women to thrive in their most authentic and empowered selves.

She lives in Cape Town, South Africa.
