Emma is an English teacher. She was put on her first diet at 11 years old and went on to try countless diets over the years. By May of 2019, Emma was morbidly obese and desperate to lose weight. She found IF in July of that same year and has lost over 100 pounds.
Emma loves the confidence and freedom the IF lifestyle has brought her and will never go back.
Emma’s advice: Find a brand of coffee and tea you like. Don’t be scared of hunger. Start IF gradually.
