Kassandra is a YouTuber with almost 2.5 million followers, the author of 2 books; "Yin Yoga: Stretch the Mindful Way" and “Year of Yoga”. She also has an app, is a yoga teacher trainer, and has multiple courses online.
On this episode we talk about practicing Vinyasa, Yin and Forrest yoga, what each of these practices did for her and her experience with all three styles, as well as how to make the most out of yin yoga.
