Realty Talk: Achieving equity growth

Given the massive uplift in property values post-pandemic with prices lifting properties to the tune of 20% to 50% against the backdrop of average annual growth of under 7%, many locations and property prices are likely to flatline and go sideways over the next 8-10 years.  So how can you continue to build equity in your property in this climate?   This week Bushy is joined by  Joe Tucker, co-founder of the hugely popular Aus Property Investors Facebook Forum to open up a discussion about the opportunities.
