第一次帶大家做冥想練習,為什麼做這個小單元呢?一方面IG上有些聽眾許願,另一方面最主要是因三年前我接觸冥想以來,對我個人幫助很大,也希望在這裡跟你一起探索,運用簡單的呼吸冥想練習,幫助我們釐清思緒、放下情緒。

如果用健身做比喻,我們會鍛鍊肌肉、體態,其實心智和情緒肌肉也是可以鍛鍊的,透過不斷重複的過程,練習將意識專注在呼吸的節奏,把飄移的注意力拉回當下。其實冥想不會令你特別開心或不開心,而是透過冥想,去放大你的感官和知覺,明白自己的內心世界,這是一個自我覺察的過程,我覺得蠻奇妙的,希望在今天的節目跟大家一起展開探索。

怎麼開始練習冥想呢?冥想可隨時隨地進行 anytime anywhere you like。我建議先從三分鐘左右的練習開始,一早起床或睡前,在家裡的臥房或書房,就可以進行囉。
