Liz shares her upbeat and easy-to-follow tips, hacks, and recipes across multiple platforms, from her website to her Patreon, Instagram, and TikTok. The wellness pro joins host Kerry Diamond to talk about her mission to make wellness less intimidating, her pandemic nomading, and her belief in the power of community.
