The NDIS pricing review is out with changes effective from 1st of July 2023. But don't worry, if you dont know what NDIS or SDA is, we interview the expert and trusted expert in the field Lindsay Kelly who answers all my questions. It's important note, massive changes to the following:
- Funding levels for Improved Livability, HPS and Robust design categories
- Housing typologies that the NDIA are moving away from
