She had a decision to make.  She could take out student loans and go into debt.  Or… she could try to get scholarships.  She went with option B.  BIG time. Even though she was a student with no standout sports or academic achievements… she went after scholarships like. It. was. her. job. Af first… she had no luck.  But then she started to figure things out.  And it paid off.
