Welcome to episode 15 of the Performance Psychcast with myself, Greg Perry and Mr Phil Cocks. Phil is a deputy headteacher at a school in Bristol and is a sportsman, coach and sports enthusiast. Today we will be looking at how sports influenced his beliefs, his approach to teaching and creating a culture in schools. Additionally, we will be looking at techniques from the classroom and how they could benefit sport psychology workshops, coaching and sporting culture.
