In this episode I interview my client and friend, Forrest Kuhlmann. Forrest is an engineering student who takes some of the best pictures/videos I've ever seen. He is passionate about preserving the environment and loves spending time in nature. We discuss his transformation towards optimal living and at the end he gives some advice that everyone needs to hear.
