This week Julia and Josh are joined by Amy O’Brien to discuss practise management. Amy started her career in dentistry as a receptionist and is now the practice manager at Gipsy Lane Advanced Dental Care. Amy is also a dental hygienist, and she shares her career journey from qualifying as a dental nurse to completing her diploma in dental hygiene.
