Okay, let’s talk about today’s guest. Today’s guest is Gabby Masuda Ambata. She was borned and raised in Los Angeles and now resides in San Diego with her husband and two cats. She is mental health educator working to destigmatize mental health in communities of color and the LGBTQ+ community.
She also enjoys talking about sustainable and ethical living on Instagram and how it intersects with mental health and social justice in her community. And of course, this includes shopping second hand and finding pre-loved/vintage gems at the local thrift shop or whenever she travels.
