July jobs report, did the Fed wait too long?

Stock futures fell following a weaker-than-expected jobs print. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. economy added 114,000 jobs in July, and the unemployment rate jumped to 4.3% in July, up from 4.1% in June, reaching its highest level in nearly three years.
