#32: Andrew Johnson on Meditation, Hypnotherapy and Building Apps

For over 26 years, Andrew Johnson has made meditation and mindfulness techniques accessible to all using multiple forms of media from old school cassettes to developing the world's first meditation app. Andrew Johnson has had over 17 million downloads and streams to date. He practiced clinically for 17 years in hypnotherapy and other techniques before bringing his skills to the world audience.

This week, Andrew Johnson joins Sammie and Michelle on Status Post Adulting. They discuss how he got into meditation and hypnotherapy, what led to the creation of his meditation apps and how beginners can get started with meditation.
