This week's season finale episode is an interview with April Hélène-Horton who is a body love activist known as ‘The Bodzilla’.

Not only is she the queen of lilac but she is also a writer and vocal advocate for racial, gender and size equality.

April refuses to allow anyone else to tell her what she should do, eat, or think about herself and she generously teaches other people how.

In today’s chat, April shares her message of body positivity and self-love.
