Kendall Bonner is a leader, motivational speaker, serial entrepreneur, and Florida-licensed attorney since 2003. She has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 10 years, starting as a realtor in 2011 and opening her own brokerage firm in 2014. She is now the team leader of The Kendall Bonner Team, Best Tampa Real Estate Agents (a.k.a. The Kendall Bonner Team with eXp Realty) - a group of full-time real estate professionals dedicated to serving Tampa Bay.

Kendall is a speaker, contributor, and content creator for multiple media outlets, and you can find her regularly speaking and moderating at industry conventions. Her credits range from magazine covers and news articles, to podcast episodes and national television spots. She has been recognized as a RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker in 2020, 2021, and 2022, and has written multiple books, including “So... You Think You Want to Be a Real Estate Agent” which she co-authored with two other respected real estate professionals.

In her spare time, she loves to read books, explore the latest tech tools and learn new things. Her hands may be full, but her heart is even fuller as a wife, mom, and dog-mom to rescue pup Buddy.
