Taking a career leap: What’s holding you back?

This week’s guest is Marcus Crowther of MWC group. Marcus is a young adviser based in sunny Malta, he talks to Elena about his career journey so far. 

Marcus goes into detail about how he got into financial planning and, in true FPL style, really opens up about his thought processes, as well as his own mental health which has led him down the path he has chosen.
