Living with Long covid My return to work part two - increasing my hours!
This episode is part two of my return to work journey. We have had the Christmas break and I took some annual leave.
I was on week 6 of my return to work journey before the Christmas break. I had built up to 7 hours of work per week at this point. I was doing 3.5 hours over two days.
I discuss the difficulty of returning to work, factors to consider and provide my top 10 tips for starting a return to work process.
