S2 Episode 14: Untangling ADHD with Meredith Carder, ADHD Coach

Meredith Carder is an ADDCA trained ADHD coach who holds a Bachelor’s in psychology and a Master’s in business administration. Meredith’s journey with ADHD began when her middle child was diagnosed with ADHD, and she began learning as much as she could about ADHD to help her daughter understand her unique brain. During this process Meredith discovered she likely had ADHD as well and later pursued a diagnosis. This journey led Meredith on the path to becoming an ADHD coach because she believes every individual has unique strengths and discovering those areas of brilliance can lead to a happy and full life.
