Deep dives
Starting more books
Last year, my resolution was to start more books and not feel pressured to finish them. I wanted to take more chances with my reading and not worry about completing every book I started. I'm proud to say that I accomplished this resolution. My Audible is filled with first chapters of books that I never finished, and I'm okay with that.
No more worry about food and diet
This year, my resolution is to not spend the year worrying about food and diet. Thanks to experimental pancreas medicine, I have freed myself from an unhealthy relationship with food and diet. I want to continue this healthy mindset and not let negative thoughts about food consume my mind.
Regain attention span
My resolution for this year is to regain some semblance of my attention span. Post-pandemic and with the responsibilities of parenting, my attention span has shortened, and I want to work on focusing my attention on reading and other activities without getting too distracted.

The podcast episode discusses the frustration of receiving numerous unsolicited cold emails from random tech consultants. Resolutions and reflections on the previous year

They engage in a lighthearted and self-deprecating conversation about their individual goals for the upcoming year.
