286. Allen Bittaker: The Art of Listening To Yourself

Allen Bittaker is a healer, coach and facilitator who helps people transform their lives by connecting with their inner experience. He has overcome many health challenges, such as asthma, allergies, staph infections and boils, by exploring different modalities of healing, such as nutrition, fasting, meditation and network spinal. He is passionate about sharing his insights and tools with others through energetic table sessions, workshops and retreats in Costa Rica, Bali and online. He believes that by becoming aware, acknowledging and accepting our current reality, we can create the space for healing and growth.
