This past weekend I have spend a good amount of time reflecting on these past four weeks and how the progression we built to help reintroduce our athletes to sport in this return to play process. Other then just looking at the actual X’s and O’s of the program and where we go next, one thing really resonated with me, and that is how different this program was from the norm for me, and the huge impact of allowing other people on our staff contribute to this. In this weeks My Thoughts Monday I share my feelings on this collaboration process and why I feel we still have a hard time doing this even thought it has been a “sexy” topic dating back to the last BSMPG meeting.
