It's the first of January and instead of making a HUGE new years resolution to drastically change your life... how about making one small change that you will be able to keep and stick to? Today learn some quick and easy ways to both declutter and organise your vitamins/ minerals and health supplements. Use what you have already invested in, declutter what is out of date or doesn't really suit your needs.
No surprises that just keeping vitamins or health supplements in the bottles isn't going to have the desired effect... so be inspired to habit stack your routine so you remember to have the supplements you need and don't end up with bottles and bottles of vitamins/ powders etc that you've paid for but never used.
