This week Tee welcomes Lauren Nelson, a traditional naturopath and health coach, to educate listeners on how your blood work may be sending confusing and perhaps false signals about your overall health. After 16 years of coping and managing her own chronic illness, which left her home and bed-ridden for many of her best years, Lauren took healing into her own hands.
After diving into her blood work Lauren realized that many of the answers were clear if only she knew how to read them. It turned out that she simply needed to interpret the information and charts differently. After spending years self-diagnosing and studying her symptoms, Lauren regained her health and now helps clients determine the root cause of their health issues, in part using her own expertise and experience.
Lauren points out some of the key signs to look for when examining your bloodwork and some of the lifestyle changes that you can apply to your everyday life to start feeling good and living life to the fullest.
