Angie Chek wears many healing hats. She’s a holistic lifestyle coach and also teaches others how to coach through the Chek Institute. Angie has a masters in nutrition, bachelors in biology and a few different certifications and degrees in Energy Medicine and biogeometry. She is also a shamanistic practitioner after going through the 3 year Michael Harner’s shaman school. Which is what today’s episode is diving into —healing with modern shamanism.
She is very astute in many different types of science and healing modalities. One of the things we love most about Angie is her warmth and heart for helping others get to the root of different issues in life -physical health, spiritual, energetic, and everything in between.
And in this episode, like all of our episodes, we do not shy away from some controversial topics —like circumcision, conscious parenting, vaccines, and then of course shamanism. Whatever your thoughts or current beliefs about shamanism, my guess is that after this conversation you will come away with some new insights.
