Justin Cross is a US Navy Veteran, turned Aerospace Engineer, turned entrepreneur. Justin was an award-winning aerospace engineer working within Classified Flight Test Programs on Edwards, AFB, CA when he decided to venture off on his own. He sold his newly-built home, ditched his masters degree only 3 classes shy of graduation, and moved his family out of state to pursue a life of entrepreneurship.   

Since founding the company Earn Your Booze in 2017, Justin and his company have been featured in Men's Health Magazine, The Small Business Journal, Chilled Magazine, Liquor.com and more.   

Justin found a niche creating Fitness events, programs, and apparel for some of the world's largest spirit brands such as Milagro Tequila, Hendricks Gin, Absolut Vodka, Ketel One Vodka, Bulleit Bourbon and more.   

Always looking for ways to spread his "EARN IT" mentality, Justin is now launching earnitall.com as the parent company of Earn Your Booze, along with an online "How to Earn It" coaching group and corporate wellness, with industry experts such as Gunnar Peterson, Bobby Maximus, Jennifer Wheeler and Adam Jeremiah.  

In 2022-2023, Earn It All will be joining and featuring NFL teams and players who as Justin says, "define what it truly means to Earn It All on and off the field."
