Dr Louise Metcalf is the founder of Gheorg. She is a psychologist and has been for almost thirty years; it’s a job she enjoys doing every day. Louise is passionate about mental health. Gheorg is a friendly virtual robot that empowers children with emotional intelligence and mental wellbeing.  In this episode, Pete and Louise explore the increasing prevalence of anxiety in society, approaches to be more mindful of mental health and technology use, and how we can help kids learn, improve their emotional intelligence, and feel better about themselves.
