Deep dives
Energy flows out of you in solitude
When you are filled with the energy of the self, it naturally flows out of you and nourishes those around you. You don't need to actively direct this energy outward.
Practice self-inquiry to stop the flow of thoughts
To stop the constant flow of thoughts, engage in self-inquiry by questioning the origin of each thought as it arises. Challenge emerging thoughts by asking 'who am I?' or 'where have you come from?'. By continuously challenging the thoughts, the flow will eventually stop, leading to a thought-free state where you can experience yourself as consciousness.
