Democratic Governors Unite Against Trump's Agenda

Pritzker has emphasized the necessity of defending democratic institutions against perceived threats of autocracy, promising strong resistance to Trump’s actions that may infringe upon the rights and freedoms of their constituents. Other blue state governors, like California's Gavin Newsom and New York's Kathy Hochul, have also announced plans to protect state values in light of Trump's administration, indicating a widespread commitment among Democratic leaders to preemptively counter his agenda.
