Her passion is to teach others to cultivate and strengthen the connection between mind, body, and spirit. In her journey, she has been an international presenter, facilitator, lecturer, and professor of psychology. She also co-founded a non-profit that helps provide mental health services for those in need by giving youth tools to manage their emotions mindfully.
