Dr Norman is a Conservative Politician and has been the Financial Secretary to the Treasury since 2019. Prior to his role in Parliament, he was a senior fellow at Policy Exchange and founded the Conservative Co-operative Movement. Jesse was a Director at Barclays until 1997, after completing an undergraduate degree from Cambridge and a PhD from UCL.
