Shares of Jazz Pharmaceuticals added more than 5% in pre-market trading, after Bloomberg reported that the Ireland-based drugmaker was exploring strategic options, including a potential sale of the company. Jazz is most well-known for being the developer of the blockbuster narcolepsy drug Xyrem. As per the report, JAZZ was also looking into the possibility of separating its cannabinoid and oncology businesses.
