Today, I’m joined by Wes Panek, Principal at Screendoor Partners. Screendoor Partners focuses on supporting underrepresented venture capitalists, enabling founders and teams (both of whom are more likely to be underrepresented themselves) to back and build new companies, and creating a more inclusive venture capital and technology ecosystem. Previously, Wes was Principal at New Media Ventures, a Senior Associate at The Global Development Incubator, and a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Beyond Investing. He loves to play and listen to jazz and is a diehard NBA fan.
