The white paper and poster for the agile transformation kata is available and I want to create awareness of this Kata among the Agile.FM listeners as this becomes a more and more important topic in our industry. We wee more agile transformations performed “old school” in a waterfall fashion. This Kata should tackle this issue and provide a practice that connect the improvement Kata with the concrete techniques as well as the agile manifesto.
