This week, OG Naked Peach makeup artist Catherine Vega explains to the Peaches how she made a complete 180 in her career after 10 years in social work. They discuss all things beauty, from mistakes we’re all making with our makeup, the benefits of getting inspiration from others who look like you, and why Anna always hates her eyeliner. They also dive into the realities of being a small business owner, including taking a leap of faith and betting on yourself (ideally when you can be on someone else’s health insurance!), how to make clients feel comfortable and open up to you, finding balance, and making your workspace as aesthetic as possible. Plus, we come up with a plan to turn Anna’s grandma into a vape queen!
