029 – Proof of Allah Through Things

In this episode, Shaykh Zahir Bacchus covers the 29th aphorism of the Hikam: “What a difference between the person who infers from Him how things are and someone who infers from things that Allah is.  Whoever draws their conclusions from Him has realized the truth through what it is entailed by, affirming matter upon its very basis, while inferring Him as a conclusion is because of not having reached Him.  Otherwise when was He absent that his existence should need to be proved and when was He far that His traces should be what leads to Him?“.
