Tim & Lisa are thrilled to share this conversation with Foreign Service Officer, Eric Maldonado.

Eric has recently begun intentionally expanding his RE investing portfolio and shares his journey with us.  After owning a condo in Miami for 25 years, Eric decided to take the next step.  He shares how he got interested in RE, the realization that he could invest while living and working in Sydney, Australia, and how he & his husband have managed the challenges that come with investing from afar!
