Doctors’ Support Network (DSN) Peer group for doctors with mental health concerns; confidential and supportive. Contact via DSN website. 

NHS Mental Health Services For anxiety, depression etc,  talking therapies; crisis help; also self-referral options sometimes depending on area, in urgent cases call 999 or NHS 111.
