Split Your Day Up! - Have maker time and manager time. When energy is at its highest, do creative work. And when energy is lower, when you're interacting with others that's manager time.
Single Task - Work on one thing at a time before moving onto the next. Its been shown to reclaim up to two hours of your day that would normally be lost jumping around too many tasks.
