037 - Lindy Barber, Be Empathetic, Be Awesome

Lindy Barber is one o the most decorated CrossFit Games athletes in history having competed twice as an individual and twice as a team athlete. She has taken first place and second place in the affiliate cup with Team Mayhem. Five years ago Lindy had a catastrophic spinal injury that put all of these accolades in major doubt.
